Recognizing that the safety of our customers and staff comes first, JR-West Hotels has compiled and complies with our own “Clean & Safety” hygiene standards.
We will continue to strive to maintain uncompromising cleanliness and provide a hygienic environment, ensuring our customers a safe and comfortable stay.
The main initiatives of our “Clean & Safety” standards are as follows.
■We have placed alcohol-based disinfectant dispensers at various locations within our hotels for you to sterilize your hands and fingers whenever needed.
■We are implementing regular cleaning and sanitization of high-touch areas such as elevator buttons, toilets, doorknobs, TV and air conditioner remote controls, chairs, and tables, to ensure the safety of all our guests.
■We are periodically ventilating all areas of the hotels.
■As always, we are thoroughly monitoring hygiene based on food hygiene management.
In addition, we are strengthening our kitchen cleaning and the high-temperature cleaning of eating utensils and cutlery.
■Guests may check seat availability of breakfast restaurants on the web before dining. More information will be provided by the hotel staff when checking in.
※ At Hotel Granvia Okayama, Hotel Vischio Kyoto, Osaka, and Toyama, guests can check restaurant seat availability using the in-room video-on-demand system. Please note that the Nara Hotel requires reservations in advance.
■When a customer requests room service, we leave the cart outside their door and ring the bell to notify them.
※Except Hotel Granvia Wakayama, Okayama, Hotel Vischio Kyoto, Osaka, Amagasaki and Toyama.
■We will provide alcohol-based disinfectants dispensers in staff areas, where regular cleaning and sterilization will also be conducted.
Effective from May 8th, 2023, staff will have the option to choose whether to wear a mask or not.
